They are submitting an appiication to <br />amend their conditional use pernnit to expand their project site to include the property at <br />2395 Highway 14, #o add additional service bays and a car wash for customers' cars, and <br />to expand the range of repair services. The current conditional use pe�nit states "orily <br />minor repairs and maintenance will be ailowed on site excluding major engine overhauls, <br />transmission replacement, and body work."
