The parking variance its�lf will have a small impact on <br />the overail parking in the shopping center. However, <br />the ability to expand the free-standing restaurants will <br />enable the shopping center to at�ract larger and more <br />stable tenants that will be less concerned with a <br />highway obstruc�ion. <br />�.
