Staffwould recommend that the following additional informafion <br />from the applicant or referrai agencies is needed prior to the next Planning Corrunission <br />meetin�: <br />Evidence oiownership or a noiarized letter from the owner giving permission for <br />tlze filing of the application. <br />2. A site plan showing the parking lot defined with curbing and a driveway entrance <br />no more than 30 feet in width onto Spring Lake Road; excess asphalt removed; the <br />�-- driveway.p✓-°Anto Highway 10 reinoved, striping for parking sialls. Landscaped <br />bu#�er area of at least 10 feet along �erimeier of site be shown. The plan should <br />also show where fencing will be installed, a location for a dumpsi�r enclosure and <br />a detail showing how the fencing and dumpster enciosure will be cansiructed. <br />Fencing along Spring Lake Road should be at the inside (or western) edge af ihe <br />10 foot wide landscape buffer along this street so it is visible to the houses across <br />the street.
