Evidenc� of ownership of the property <br />b. A revised iand survey changing the references to �noka County to Ramsey <br />County, and adding a note which states: <br />"Utility and drainage easements have been dedicated by a separate <br />recarded easement dated and recorded at <br />c. �,. docurnent dedicating the utility and drainage easements shawn on tha <br />land survey, wtuch is acceptable to the Cifiy Atfomey as to form, and has <br />been executed by the applicant. <br />2. Prior to sigr�ature of the mayor on th� fand surv�y, �he appiicant shai� have <br />removed ihat portion oithe d�iveway which encroaehes into the drainage and <br />utility easement. <br />
