The regulations applicable to this request are stated and discussed under the analysis section of this report. Diagram of sign The Saturn dealership intends to purchase the Citgo gasoline station, and use this property for an expansion. At your meeting on November b, the Planning Commission considered and recommended in favor af a conditional use permit which would allow for this expansion. The Saturn propasal included the addition of two monument signs, measuring 5%et high by 8 foot 6.5 inches wide (42.7 sq.ft.}, which would be located at the westernmost driveway on Highway 10 and the easternmost driveway on County Road H2. The signs would assist in directing customer traffic.
