<br />minor subdivision dividing Lot 6i, Spring Lake Park Hitiview inio two lo�s each having a width oi

<br />subdivision and has determined thai it is in conformance wiih Chapters 1201, 1202, 1104 and
<br />1204 o�the Municipal Code.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE Ii° RESQLVED that the Mounds View Planning Commission
<br />recommends approval of the �ninor subdivision request made by Erik Anderson, 8021 Eastwood
<br />Raad, contingent upon the following:

<br />Evidence of ownership of the properiy
<br />A revised land survey ckanging the references to Anoka County to Ramsey
<br />County, and adding a note which states:
<br />"Utility and drainage easements have been dedicated by a separate
<br />recorded easement dated and recorded at
<br />A docuznent dedicating the utility and drainage easernents shown on the
<br />land survey, which is acceptable to the City Attorney as to forzn, and has
<br />been executed by the applicant.
<br />2. Prior to signature of the mayor on the lancf survey, the appticant shail have
<br />removed that portion of the driveway which encroaches into the drainage and
<br />utilify easement.
