<br />�HEREAS, the site plan for the Mounds View Sguare Shopping Center was approved in
<br />1989 which th� provision of 503 parking spaces; and,
<br />WF-iEREAS, the property o�vner obtained approval of a variance in parking requirenlents
<br />�o allow the use of 26 parking spaces for construction of trash dumpster enclosures, which
<br />resuIted in the reduction of parking oe� the si�e from 503 to �77 spaces; and,
<br />WHEREAS, the City has determined by previous decisions that the 477 parking spaces
<br />are sufficient to provide parking for fihe square foatages and uses approved for the Mounds View
<br />Square Shopping Center; and,
