Ptanning Commission Resolution No, 486-9b <br />November 6, 1996 <br />Page 4 <br />3, Prior to issuance o�any building pernuts for changes in squaxe footage at the Mounds <br />View 5quare Shopping Center, other than interior remodeling, the prape�-ty owner shall <br />obtain approval for developmeni review as provided in �ection 1006.06 of the Mounds <br />View Municipal Code. <br />4. The reduction in parkin� spaces required sha11 be from 492 spaces to 454 spaces or 3� <br />spaces, which represents an 8% reduction in the parking requirernent each for daytime <br />uses {�56 x.08 = 21} and for nighttime uses (236 x.0� = 18). <br />The praperty owner shall require of zts tenants thai employees park in the parking spaces <br />behind �he main retail building to the extent parking is available, ta assure that the <br />maximurn parking is available for customers. Th� property owner shall supply a copy of a <br />notice to the tenan�s of this requirement. <br />6. The property owner shail submit a joint parking and access easement, allowing for use of <br />the parking area and access drives by all of the tenants in the shopping center, for approval <br />by the Community Development Directar. The easement shall be recorded agair�st the <br />propeety for the benefit of all �enants concurrent with any development reviews being <br />approved and prior to any building permits being issued for the proposed expansion or the <br />dinx�er house restauranis. <br />7.
