The monument signs <br />wauld measure 5 feet high by 8 foot 5.5 inches wide (42.7 sq.ft.) and they would be Iocated at <br />the westemmost driveway on Highway 10 and the eastemzzaost driveway on County Road H2. <br />The Planning Commission indicated that it was favorable to this request since the overall sign <br />area on the site is less than allowed by the Sign Code, and the signs are needed to assist in <br />diracting customer traffic. A resolutian has been prepa.red granting approval for this request. <br />The criteria to be used in evaluaYing the variance are stated in the resolution, along with <br />suggested fmdings as to how the criteria are met.
