� �, �, , r . �: �-, °, � - , � . �, ; ,:�, . . �; .: � � � ., �.. . . �; ;l. � . � ;�: . ;, ,, . : �1 �`� E�'Tr�IiLI��I�tG Il�IEETIIVG I)ATES A.NI) �UBIV�IS3IOI� I)E�L.IIVES FOR 1.997 WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission will be holding two business meetings per month during I996, with the exception of Special Meetings, as needed based on development submittals, ardinance revisions, and speciat projects undertaket� by the Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, the first meeting of the month shall be a regutar meeting at vvhich actions are expected to be taken, and the second meeting of the month shail be an agenda meeting to review and discuss items which will 6a on the agenda for the regular meeti�g in the following month; and, WHEREAS, the usual procedure shall be for items to be discussed fust at an agenda rneeiing and then acted upon at a regular meeting; and, WHEREAS, the deadline for submittal of requests for the agenda meeting shail be the Friday three weeks prior to the Friday befbre the agenda meeiing; and, WHEREAS, devetopers, citizens or other interested parties should be advised of deadlines for submittal of materials used by staff to prepare its report and by Piaz�ning Commission in its discussion of developmeni requests; and, WHEREAS, establishing meeting daYes and deadlines for submittals provides for an orderly system for the Pianning Commission, staff and the genera! pabiie. N4W, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Mounds View does hereby establish meeting dates and deadlines for submittal as shown on the Exhibit 1(Planning Commission Meeting Schedule - 1997}, which is attached hereto and made a part of this resoluiion by this reference; and, . BE IT �URTHER RESOLVED that ii the Planning Commission is required to or desires to hold special meetings, or to catl to order to tai:e action at an agenda meeting, they will do so in accordance with State law, Code requirements and the Bylaws; and, ., BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Pianning Commission may cancel meetings, based on � having no business to conduct, if such canceliations are gosted at the Mounds View City Hall no later than one week prior to the meeting.
