Attached you will find a sample of how we propose to ci�ange the <br />format, using ihe minutes from the November 6 meet�ng. We have also included the te� from the <br />Mounds View Shopping Center cases ta illustrate how we might cut down ihe lengih of the text. <br />The key changes in the format are: <br />� eliminating the two cotumns, and placing the numbered items from the agenda at the ieft <br />- _�� hand margin <br />e including an index showing which cases were discussed at the meeting and where io find <br />t�em in the minutes <br />• "announcing" each case by putting the request at the left hand margin and putting lines <br />be%re and after it <br />m bolding and underlining each 1Vlvtian/S�cond . <br />� bolding the names of the Comrrussioners, applicants azad citizens who commen# in the <br />minutes to make them easier to find <br />o indenting the text under each case so it is easier to read than a fuil page width <br />We need to know from the Planning Commission if the changes in format are acceptable, and <br />whai you think about how we have cut the text. We could cut the text even further, and need <br />your guidance an this point. <br />If tlus format is acceptable, we would being using it for the minutes prepared fbr the November <br />20 meeting. <br />
