Setbacks: The nvnimum setback from an�pro�erty line or public ri ht-of-wa fQr an <br />antenna fower is Yhe hei ht of the antenna tower lus an additional five feet 5' and shall <br />be located onl,y in the rear vard if incidental or subordinate to a princinal use. <br />Subd. 2. Accesso Buildin s: Transmittin receivin and switchin e ui mer�t shall be housed <br />in an exis#in� structure whenever possible If a new equivment buildin� is necessary, it <br />shall be of the same or better construction desi n and a earance as the rinci al <br />structure or surroundin buildin s so as to minimize the im act u an the nei hborin uses. <br />The tower/antenna and e�ui�ment buildin� shall be landscaped anci screened and <br />surrounded with an ei ht foot S` tali fence so as to revent unauthorized ent and access <br />to �he e ui ment buildin or anfenna. Barbed wire razor wire or electrified fences shall <br />not be ermitted. <br />S <br />
