Chapier 1117 of the Mounds View Zoning Code pertaining io the Conservancy, <br />Recreation and Preservation (CRP) District is amended by adding a new section 1 i 17.04, entitled <br />"CONDITIONAL USES" relating to commercial wireless ielecommunication towers and <br />antennae, to read as follows: � <br />l 1 i 7.04 C�I�TI�I'i'IONA�. USES: The followin shaii be considered a conditional use in <br />tt�e CRP District re uirin a conditional use ermit based u on rocedures set <br />forth in and re�ulated b,y Section 1125.01 of this Titlel: <br />Subd. 1. Commercial wireless telecommunications towers and antennae to a hei ht of no more <br />than one hundred fe�t 100' unless rovidin for a co-locatin wiretess senrice then one <br />hundred and twenty (i20'). Towers and antennae must conform with and be sub'ect to the <br />rovisions established in Cha ter 1126 of'the Zonin Code.
