He continued by adding tha# Church Upon the Rock has a buiidir�g square footage of 10,400 with tot�i usable square footage o� 22,54fi square feet. He added iha# Yhe building is 5 tim�s larger fihan the one they are presenting and occupies 14 perc�nt of the property and fihat ihe lot is only 3.4 times farger and �as �1 parking stalls based on their seating capacity.
