Exceptionai or eYtraordinary circumstances apply to the properties which do not apply <br />generaity to ather properties in the same zone or vici�ity and result from lot size or shape, <br />topography or other circumstances over which the owners of the property since the effective <br />date hereof have had no control. <br />b. <br />c. <br />d. <br />e. <br />f. <br />The literat interpretatian of the provisioas of this Title wouid deprive the applicant of rights <br />commanly enjoyed by other properties in the same district under the tenns of this Title. <br />That the special conditions or circumstances do not result from tlze actions of the applicant. <br />That granting the variance requested wiII noi confer on the applicant any speciai privilege <br />that is denied by this Title to owners or ather lands, structures or buildings in the same <br />districk. <br />That the variance requested is the minimvm variance which would atleviate the hardship. <br />Economic conditions alone shati not be considered a hardship. <br />The variar►ce wouid not be matenatly detriznenial to the purpose of this Title or to other <br />property in the same zone. <br />
