Dear Sir or Madam:
Annette IaY.zrrarek
7730 Edgewood Driv
Mounds View, MN 55112
(512)73-3E50
June 27.1997
I1y name is Annette Kaizmarek. I'm a iicensed daycaxe pravider. I'm requesting a
varianc to put ag a shed next io the south side of my home. The purpose of this shed
would be to house daycare itrns such as bicycies, tricycies, scooters, srollers, and other
ortdoor riding toys.
Y pary purpos is to keep ihe children safe and a11ow them to have iun at the same
time. y harrin the shed or the south side, it woutd not take up ihe area in the back that
is used for large group activities suci as soccer or ball tag. I# would aiso iceep the
children sa%r arid caus less of a hardship on myse% iany of my ciiiIdren are ioo srnall
to push a triycle across ihe yard, up a hiIl, and into the driveway, if I did thai for each
chiId, it woutd be extremely time consuming. Ii is also dicuIt to watch aIl tixe children
whil getting everything ready.
The shed would be mostiy hidden by part oithe garae. Please consider this cax#ialty, as
it vvauld avoid a lot o unnecessary work for myself
Thank you,
C ,
Annerte Katzmazek
