<br />.. Subd. �, Expiration; Extensions and Renewals: A permittee shall begin the work
<br />autharized by the pemut vvithin ninety (90) days from the dafe of issuance oifhe pernut
<br />unl�ss otherwis� set forth in th� permit. The permittea sha.Il complete the work authorized
<br />by the permit within the tim� (imit specified on the pernut which shall in no even# exceed
<br />mor� ihan twelve {12} months from the date of issuance untess such time limit is extended
<br />by the � ap�roval authoritv. The permittee shail notify the City at Ieast forty eight
<br />(48) hours prior to the camznencement of work. Should the work not b� commenced as
<br />specified herein, the permit shall become void_ (Ocd. 505, 4-27-92)
<br />Sec#io� 4m Section 1010.09 of the Mounds �iew IVYunicipal Code is hereby amended as
<br />follows:
