Planning Commission Resolution 527-97 <br />McDonaids Deveiopmer�t Review <br />August 20, 1997 <br />Page 2 <br />WIiEREAS, the Planning Commissian daes h�reby find that ihe Iandscape plan as <br />prdposed satisfies the requirements of the Municipal Code; and, <br />U�IHEI�AS, the City Engineer has reviewed the drainage plan for this site and has found <br />ii acceptable and consistent with the Master Drair�age Plan previously approved by the City <br />Cour�cil and Rice Creek Watershed District; and, <br />WHEREAS, tha City Fire Iviarshal has review�d the site plans and finds the Iayout meets <br />Fire Department requirements for emergency vehicle access; and, <br />WI�REAS, the approximately �Q square feet of signage indicated on the site plar�s is <br />within the I00 square feet alIowed by tt�e �unicipal Code. <br />T�TOW, T`i3ER�FORE, BE Ii RESOLVED, that the �Iounds View Planning Commission <br />does hereby recommend to the City Council that the developrr►ent revzew for the McDonatds <br />reconsiruction project located at 2201 Highway l0 as presenied by Gary Meyer be approved <br />subjeci to the following contir�gencies: <br />Prior to action by the City Council on this development review, �he applicant shall <br />identify the Iocations of any building-maunted lighting and subrrui photometrie <br />analysis for the site. <br />2.
