Before the City Council takes action on this preliminary plat request, the applicant <br />shall a�complish the following: <br />a. The required 30-faot by 30-faat triangular easement at the southeast comer of <br />Silver Lake Road and Highway 10 shall be indicated on the preliminaxy plat to <br />allow for t�� future establishment oilandscaping and d�.�ign eiements along the <br />souYh side of I�ighway 10. <br />
