The contractor--Asphalt Driveway Co.--did <br />not obtain a permit for the work, wh�ich has already been completed. The exira width was desired <br />for the vehicles owned by the family and to accommodate for the vehicles of day �care parents. The applicant is requesting an additional eteven feet. The amount of <br />street frontage facing Spring La�Ce Road, the street from wIuch the driveway access is gair�ed, is �5 <br />fe�t. The driveway is approximately IO feet frozn the praperty to the r�orth. <br />
