Acting Community DeveIopment <br />Director Ericson had presented Director S�on with a memo requesting <br />the Parks and Recreation Commission to review and provide <br />recommendation for the Park Dedicatian Fees for the Everest Deveiopment <br />N pro}eci. The Park Dedication amount is estimated to be �60,000. <br />Mation was made by Commissioner Long and seconded by Commissioner <br />Starr to approve the Paric Dedication Fe� to the City of Moeands View at <br />appoximately �60,004 �s a part of th� Everest i7evelopmeni N eacpansion. <br />Motion passed unaninlously. <br />In addition, th� Commissio� r�viewed a rnemo pr�sented by Actin� <br />Director E�icson regazding ehe neeci t� revise the Park Dedication <br />Ordinance.
