Because of <br />those concerns it was determined that a joinY mee�ing between the Planning Commission <br />and the City Cauncii should be he�cf fio discuss the project further to provide input to the <br />Developer so that the the Developer can decide an whether to appiy for City approval. <br />Staff will provide a brief overview of the status of the project, tF�e City approvals which wili <br />�� be r�quired, and a summary of the issues raised at the neigf�borhood meeting.
