As you rnay recall, this <br />signal is an important part of the theafre project on the O'Neil p�•operty as well as the Ring <br />Road c�ncept. !t is anticipated that the theatre project will be procee�9ing through the <br />deve[opmer�t review and majar subdivision approval process in December and january. <br />Also attached is a copy of the response to MnDOT from SEH ( the City's cansultant ) <br />cancerning this matter. <br />City staff has contacted MnDOT staff to see.how they will be cansidering the petition and <br />if further input from the City is requir�d or desired. MnDot staff stated that they will worl< <br />with Yhe City to resolve any issues.
