Permit Required: It is unlawful to install, construct, erect, alter, revise, reconstnzct or <br />relocate any outdoor sign or structure, as defined in Section 1008.OX of this Chapter, in the <br />Municipality without first obtaining a pernut therefor as required by this Chapter, except as <br />provided in subdivision 2 of this Section.
