The lot was originally envisioned to support a 25,000 <br />square foot two-story office building, which is what the 5ilverview Estates allows for in the PIJD <br />Document. �hile the use and square foot�ges are consistent with the PUJ�, because the footprint <br />and configuration from what was approved, the site plans need to be reviewed and reapproved. <br />This office building would be used to provide office space for MIPH staff. No clinic, outpatient, <br />class room or medical procedures would take place at this facility. <br />I�evelopment I�evaew Discu�sron: <br />The development site pians date-stamped February 2, 200i, have been reviewed by myseif, the <br />public works d'zrector, the City's engineering technician, the water vvorks foreman, the City <br />Forester and the fire marshal. The building is shown to be 13,192 square feet, <br />which would result in the provisioii of 56 spaces. The site plan shows 70 spaces. The plans <br />however anticipate tvvo expansions to the l�uilding which would increase the number of stalis <br />
