Pern-ut Required: It is unlawful to install, construct, erect, alter, revise, reconstruct or <br />relocate any outdoor sign or structure, as defined in Section 1008.01 of this Chapter, in the <br />Municipality without first obtaining a permit therefor as required by this Chapter, except as <br />provided in subdivision 2 of this Section. (1988 Code §39.02) <br />Subd. 2.
