Ali animal boarding facilities shall complY with the Minnesota Pet and Companion <br />Animal Welfare Act (Minn Stafates 346.35 — 346•44) <br />SECTION 2: Section 1102.02 of the Mounds View Zoning Code is hereby amended with <br />the proposed additions underlined and the proposed deletions �, to read as follows: <br />I1Q2.02: DEFIrTITI4NS: The following words and terms, wherever they occur in this Code, <br />shall be defined as follows: (Ord. 548, 9-24-�4; Ord. 620, 7-27-98) . <br />Subd. 3.5. ANIlVIAL BOARDING FACILITY: A commercial estabfishment in which domesticated <br />animals are housed for a fee or compensaiion. VETERINARY OR ANIlVIAL CLIl�IC: A structure intended for providing medicai <br />examinations and treatment to animals.
