Resolution 672-OI <br />Page 2 <br />1. <br />2. <br />3. <br />The proposed lot at the northeast comer of Long Lake Road and County Road I is <br />zoned R-1, Single Family Residential. <br />The minimum lot wid�h for a corner R-1 lot is 100 feet. <br />The location of the existing house on the property creates an extraordinary or special <br />condition on the property, which would create a hardship or practical difficulty. <br />4. The literal interpretation of the Code would deprive Mr. Gusiafson of rights <br />commonly enj oyed by other properties in the same district.
