The legal descriptions and property ownership <br />uifonnation appear to be;u� order, however a copy of the preliminary plat has been forwarded to <br />the City Attorney for hi�'review. Commissioner Kaden believed one reason was due to the fact that if certain <br />Legislative changes regarding t� increment financing had been approved, the Mermaid Addition <br />would not move forward. <br />Commissioner Zwirn requested confirmation that a new application had been submitted and <br />� <br />
