! <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLAN1vING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 675-01 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTTON RECOMMENDING PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL OF A <br />MAJOR SUBDIVISION OF 2525 COUNTY ROAD I; MOUNDS VIEW <br />PLANNING CASE NO. MA00-004 <br />WHEREAS, Neal Zinser of Hamilton Creek Companies, representing property owner <br />Emie Gustafson, has requested approval of a Major subdivision of 2525 County Road I, property <br />zoned R-1, Single Family Residential, and legally-described as follows: <br />Greenfaeld <br />South % Lot 8, Lot 9,Lot 10, Block 1 <br />WHEREAS, the applicant proposes to subdivide the property to create six (6) <br />lots as depicted in attached Exhibit "A"; and, <br />, WHEREAS, the Planning Cornmission has reviewed the applicant's request for a major <br />+ subdivision and has detemuned that it is in conformance with Chapters 1104, 1201, and 1202 of <br />the Municipal Code; and <br />VVHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the following documents regarding <br />this proposal: <br />1. Planning Applicatfon <br />2. Preliminary Plat <br />3. Staff Report <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted a Survey fflr the above described property; and, <br />WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 1204.04, Subd. 4, a park dedication fee in the <br />amount of $5,590 is applicable with this proposed major subdivision. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning Commission <br />recommends approval of the major subdivision of 2525 County Road I, subject to the following <br />stipulations: <br />1. Prior to the City Council approving this subdivision, the applicant shall submit the <br />required park dedication fee in the amount of $5,590. <br />
