There are <br />shrubs tliat are prickly to discourage people from being near them. <br />Commissioner Cerny indicated a chain linlc fence is not suitable for privacy so it may be <br />more practical to remove the chain link fence and install ar� eight-foot privacy fence. <br />,'� <br />
