MOUNDS VIEW PLANIVING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 676-01 <br />CITY �F MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A CITY CODE AMENDMENT TO <br />SECTION 1d06.06 REGARDING DEVELOPMENT CONTROLS. <br />WHEREAS, The City Code is vague regarding what types of proj ects require development <br />review by the Planning Commission and approval by the City Council; and, <br />WHEREAS, The City Code is vague regarding what types of projects require a <br />development contract; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the following documents regarding <br />this proposal: <br />a. Section 1006.Ob of the City Code <br />b. Proposed Ordinance <br />c. Staff Report <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission finds that the proposed amendment <br />satisfies the conditions outlined in Chapter 1125 of the Zoning Code; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Comrnission finds that the proposed amendment is <br />not in conflict with the Mounds View Comprehensive Plan; and, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RES�LVED that the Mounds View Planning Commission <br />recommends approvai of an amendment to Section 1Q06.06 Subdivision 2 and Subdivision 4 of <br />the City Code as depicted in the attached proposed Qrdinance. <br />
