SP069r99. <br />WHEREAS, Section 401.06, Subd. 7 of the Mounds View Municipal Code requie•es the <br />Planning and Zoning Coznmission to adopt bylavvs %r its governance and for the transaction of its <br />business, and for annual review of these bylaws; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission has conducted its 1999 review of its <br />bylaws and has determined that revisions are needed; and. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission has adopted changes io its bylaws; and <br />WHEREAS, the above mentioned byIaws changes and Section 401.06 of the Mounds View <br />Municipal Code are inconsistent; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission has reviewed Ordinance No. 629, an <br />ordinance amendment tQ eliminate the ir�consistency between the bylaws and Section 410.Ob of the <br />Mounds View Municipal Code. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning Commission <br />recommends City Council approval of Ordinance No. 629, an ordinance amending Chapter 401 of <br />the Mounds View Municipal Code relating to the Planning and Zoning Commission of Mounds <br />View. <br />BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the Planning Commission directs staff to forward this <br />resoIution to tl�e City Council prior to appro��ai of the minutes. <br />Adopted this 3rd day of March, 1999. <br />Attest: <br />Jerry Peterson, Chairpersan <br />Rick Jopke, Community Development Director <br />N:IDATAIGROUPS\COMDEVIPLANCOMMIPCRES0510RD629.RE5 <br />
