It was the consensus of ihe Commission to <br />change��� so ihai recoi�rn�r�d�tit�n �o the City Council of the Chair would also occur in January. <br />��c:� `� � <br />Th��'ammission atsa ex�"ess�d some concern with the staiement that "the City Cauncil should <br />���fc� al�plications for P��ning Commission appointments to the Planning Commission for <br />r�ct�z��anendations prie��fo taking action to fill vacancies" and decided to remove this statement <br />. ,�., <br />�'�rn t11� E�ylaws����'�e Planning Comnussion also recommended that Chapter 40I.02 of the <br />i1�l�atu�i}�� �����sf�ould be added as a reference in addition to the section already noted, 441.03. <br />The Coiiimission brie�y discussed videotaping of ineetings and whether or not preserving the <br />video tapes were required. Assaciate Ericson informed the Commission that the City is noi <br />required by �aw to video tape the meetings and reported that although the video tapes will be kepl <br />on file, the minutes of the m�eting are required to be kept on file and wouid be used in any caurt <br />or legal actions if necessary. <br />:; <br />_' ; <br />
