They wauld Iike to <br />replace an e�usting 10 x I2 square-foot deck with a tIu-ee-season living space addition of'the same <br />size in the same location. The deck, which has existed since the construction of the house, as f�ve <br />feet from the north side of the property. The subject property is located in the Silver Lake <br />i7�loods singie famiiy home development at the northeast corner of County Road H2 and Silver <br />;'� La%e Road and is only 9,1 SO square feet in area. This requesi was first heard at the May 19, 1999 <br />Com�nission meeting, and after much discussion, stafiwas directed to explore in greater detaii <br />possible language addressing each of the standard criteria for grantin� a variance. <br />
