RESOLUTION 7907 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> Approving a Comprehensive Service Agreement with Olsen Fire Inspection, Inc. for <br /> All Required Fire Services at City Hall, Public Works, the Water Treatment Plant and <br /> Community Center <br /> WHEREAS,fire protection features such as sprinklers, monitor panels, alarm systems, <br /> all require annual testing and servicing; and, <br /> WHEREAS, all City buildings that have these fire protection systems must have these <br /> services; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View currently uses Olsen Fire Inspection, Inc. for <br /> these services, and they are familiar with our systems and building needs; and, <br /> WHEREAS, City staff received the following three bids to cover all required services: <br /> Vendor Base Bid Options <br /> Olsen Fire $2,200.00 3-year same price contract <br /> Summit Fire $2,440.00 3-year same price contract utilizing <br /> Olsen for system monitoring <br /> Northland Fire not available <br /> Express Fire not available <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,that the Mounds View City Council approves <br /> a three-year service agreement with Olsen Fire Inspection, Inc. beginning March 1, 2012, to <br /> provide all fire inspection and monitoring services to the City of Mounds View and as such <br /> authorizes the Mayor and City Administrator to execute the agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> Adopted this 27th day of February, 2012. <br /> oe Fla , yor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> �.1 aNn.e,d �-�-�c�4-c,yr�-- <br /> James Ericson, Cify Administrator <br /> (seal) <br />
