T�Ie advised that in light of these findings, and the 60-day time frame deadline, <br />staff would recommend the Planning Commission approve Resolution 601-00, which denies this <br />variance request. <br />Chairperson Peterson inquired if there was any further word from the neighboring residents who <br />had proposed to build in the same area. Community Development Director Jopke stated there <br />was not. <br />
