Resolution 612-00 .. <br />Magoris Variance <br />April 5, 2000 <br />Page 3 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the Mounds View Planning <br />Commission approves the variance request for a reduced front yard setback for the existing office- <br />warehouse building at 4749 Old Highway 8 contingent upon the following: <br />1.
