Installation of billboards is not allowed on any other properties in the City. <br />7�iat the var•iance reguested is the miftimzml varia�rce tivhich woz�ld alleviate the ha�-d.ship. <br />Ecoraomic ca�dilivns alone shall rrvt be considered a hard.shi�. <br />The variance requested is the minimum necessary to allow for the second billboard while <br />still maintaining a separation a(lowable by Minnesota Department of Transportation <br />permitting standards, which allows for a minimum spacing of 500 feet. <br />The variarlce N�ould nvt be materially den•imental to the pz��pvse of this '1'itle or to other <br />��•operty in the same zone. <br />Given the circumstances, staff does not feel the variance request would be materially <br />detrimental to the purpose of this Title or to other property in the same zone. <br />g.
