4 _ <br />a - �. __�_ _.�. � . ..___.� ---- _ -_-- . . . �: _ - _ - —�s� ..--- __.�� . ��_ _ " � _.-----_°_---_-�`" -----�-°- <br />Resolution 613-00 <br />Sysco Variance <br />April 19, 2000 <br />Page 3 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTH�R RESOLVED, the Mounds View Planning <br />Commission finds there to be sufficient hardship with regard to the request made by DeLite <br />Outdoor Advertising Company and does hereby approve a variance for a reduced minimum <br />spacing requirement between a billboard proposed on Sysco property and a billboard approved on <br />Bridges Golf Course property as indicated on E�iibit A attached to this resolution, contingent <br />upon the following: <br />1. The applicant shall arrange to have recorded with Ramsey County this resolution of <br />approval and provide proof of such recordation to the City within 60 days of the date of <br />approval. <br />2.
