The required setback on this corner lot is 30 feet, and the <br />���� �� ����rig a variance to reduce the setback to 18 feet to allow for the expansion of an <br />�R� ������ed two-car garage. <br />1'lanning Associate Ericson stated this issue was previously before the Planning Commission at <br />their March 15 meeting, at which time there was significant discussion regarding the presence of a <br />hardship, and whether or not all the criteria were met. He stated there was discussion pertaining <br />to the fact that the lot is irregularly shaped, with the back end of the property being wider than the <br />front.
