The current garage sits three feet from the western border property line. I <br />have already received permission in writing from the resident of 2201 Pinewood Drive to <br />build the new building up to the property line. <br />The new structure would still be a full six feet from the house and would run the 24' to the <br />western property line. Therefore gaining the necessary footage to accommodate my <br />property to its fullest, without gaining a variance and having to comply with set backs.
