L' - -�-=-- _,_<v_s,.._ I��_ -- <br />ASC Outdoor Storage <br />4749 Old Highway 8 <br />May 17, 2000 <br />Page 3 <br />� <br />7. <br />: <br />-- - - _ . - �-- —_- _ �. _ -_.. <br />The Planning Corrunission finds the proposed use to be consistent with the Zoning Code. <br />T7ie use is not in cor�ict �vith the Conaprehensive Plan of the City. <br />The Planning Commission finds the proposed use to be consistent with the Comprehensive Plan. <br />The use �vill not cause ira�c hazards or congestiorr. <br />The proposed enclosure would not cause and traffic hazards or congestion. <br />Adequate utilities, access roads, draznage and necessaryfacilities have been or will be provided <br />The enclosed area would be located in the paved area adjacent to the building's north side, <br />to which all utilities and access are already in place. <br />It appears that all of the general conditional use permit criteria and adverse effects criteria are met <br />with this proposed use. <br />Recommendation: <br />Given that the property is zoned Industrial and the comprehensive plan designates this area for <br />industrial uses, and given that outdoor storage is a conditionally allowed accessory use in this <br />district, and given the relatively minimal impacts of the proposed use, staff recommends the <br />Planning Commission approve Resolution 619-00, a resolution recommending approval of a <br />conditional use permit for enclosed outdoor storage at 4749 Old Highway 8, with stipulations. <br />� <br />C� �NV�> �L��L <br />James Ericson, Planner <br />Attaclunents: <br />1.
