The resolution did not <br />designate the staggered terms per Municipal Code Chapter 408.03, Subdivision 1, entitled <br />Economic Develo�ment Commission, Composition. ,"Beginning January 1995, three members <br />shall serve a one year term, two members shall serve two year terms and two member� shall <br />serve three year terms. Thereafter, members shall serve three year staggered terms, with terms <br />expiring December 31 of each year." In addition, the resolution did not appoint an EDA liaison <br />to the EDC. � <br />The corrected resolution reappointes three business representatives and four residents as <br />members of the Economic Development Commission with staggered terms expiring December <br />31, 1995, 1996 and 1997.
