Conaideration of Resolution No. 97-EDA57, Approving the Appointment of the Economic <br />Development Authority Ofticers. <br />Mr. McCarty noted that a nominations need to be made for the Vice President and the Secretary for the <br />Economic Development Authority. <br />Commissioner Quick nominated Roger Koopmeiners for the Vice President position. There were no other <br />nominations. <br />
