As Mounds View's representative on the Ramsey Courity <br />Board of Commissioners, I view their proposa� as an Opportunity not <br />only to strengthen the economic base of our county, but to set an <br />ex�mple for hoW we do business in the State of Minnesota. <br />Yn a time of difficult choices for our business community, i believe <br />government needs to take a proa�tive �p�roach �n retaining the solid <br />economic atmasphere that makes rommunities strong. Like many <br />cities, Mounds View is certainly not a stranges to losses in its <br />economi� base. Consequently, when an opport�unitiy arises to <br />strengthen a business such as Dynex Industries, and strengthen the <br />ecoriomy, we need to work 'toqether in government and the private <br />sector to make it happen. <br />Once again, 2 would iike offer gupport for Mounds view's grant <br />application.
