In addition, there <br />should be discussion with Mr. 7ambor regarding the manner in which there is delivered <br />clear title to the Bel-Rae buifding, land and easement. <br />Commissioner Quick stated that he was opposed to the meeting because there were only <br />four members p►-esent. Quicl< stated that he felt the meetin� shauld wait until Monday so <br />everyone can be notified. Quicl: also stated that a public helring should be held to allow <br />resident comment on the purchase. <br />President Linl<e asl<ed Co���missioner Quicl< what his feelings were regarding the purchase <br />beyond the concerns of the meeting date. <br />Commissionet- Quicl< stated that the idea had merits but that the EDA has had five months <br />to discuss the purchase and there has been no consensus from the commissioners to get a <br />plan together. Quicl< stated that at another meeting there had been two members not in <br />attendance and items on the agenda were delayed at the request of those not present. <br />
