:: _ __ _ ______: _ . ; _ --_�-- --�.w�= =---�-- __ �' --- ---' - RESOLUTION NO. 96-EDA48 CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA RESOLUTION AMENDING THE MOUNDS VIEW ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY BYLAWS WHER�AS, the M�unds View Economic Development Authority (EDA) Bylaws are to be amended only with the approval of at least three (3) of the members of the EDA at a regular or special meeting per ARTICLE VII, Section 7.1; and WHEREAS, it is the desire of the EDA Board to amend ARTICLE IV. Entitled Meetin�s of the Bylaws regarding special and emergency meetings per Minnesota State Statue as follows: Section 4.1 Annual Meetin� The annual meeting of the Board shall be in conjunction with the date of the first City Council meeting of each year. Section 4.2 Re�ular Meetin� The Board shall hold regular meetings on the 2nd Monday of each month immediately following the regular scheduled City Council meetings. The Board shall discuss EDA business iu conjunction with the regular City Council worlc session which is scheduled for the lst Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m. Section 4.3 Special Meetin�s Special meetings of the Board may be called by the President or, in the event of the President's absence or instability, by the Vice-President at any time, upon 3 days notice to all Commission and Board members. Upon the same notice, special meetings of the Board may also be called by any two Commissioners. The Clerlc shall post notice of any special meeting in the principal ofFice of the Authority as may be required by law. At special meetings no business shall be considered other than as designated in the call but if at least four member of the Board are present at a special meeting, any and all business may be transacted at such special meeting.
