Multi-Tech <br />Executive Director's Rev�ew/Recommendat�on: <br />- No comments to supplement ttiis report <br />- �VIl1Il1C11[S 1U:1Cf1t;(1 <br />CX(J�llRF1IWIlfSLLilllllllry (:�(tach iupplemenl shecls :u nea;ssary) <br />S IIMNG\RY: <br />In order to reduce the number of copies to be printed for the two <br />EDA meetings on Monday, the draft agreements for the Multi-Tech <br />and Hill project are included in the EDA regular meeting agenda. <br />The Agreements remain substantially as they were presented at the <br />last EDA Work Session with the exception of a payback period of <br />7 1/2 years (rather than 6 years) for the Hill project. Jim <br />O'Meara will be present at Monday night's meeting to present the <br />specifics of the final drafts. <br />The appraiser will have the appraised values for both the Multi- <br />Tech and Hill site to the staff by Monday. Staff will then <br />present three scenarios regarding the base point from which to <br />determine park dedication fees: (1) the County Assessor's value <br />(2) the negotiated price between Multi-Tech/Hill and Everest (we <br />have not received the purchase agreements on these transactions, <br />but will be obtaining that information); and (3) the value <br />establis� by the apprais �. <br />Ordund, Executive Direc�or <br />RECO�Ii�1E�lD�.TION: <br />
