There is a positive cash flow using the estimates of operating expense divided by seven <br />total events. <br />The City would have a negative profit margin for running the Bel-Rae just for July but it may be beneficial to <br />enter into an agreement with Tony for a period of 6 months while we go through the planning process for the <br />use of the building. In this regai•ds we could offer at least an additional event on Saturday to reduce the impact <br />of the operating expenses and make a profit over the period of time. I have spolcen to the owner of the White <br />Sidewalls and he is interested in renting the ballroom for dance lessons once a weelc beginning in October. In <br />addition, I lcnow there is at least one wedding scheduled for September. <br />In summary, there is the potential for lceeping the Ballroom active with a good possibility of generating a profit <br />over a period of time to cover the operating costs but if we commit to only one month with a total of seven <br />events we would not cover all of the costs of operation. <br />
